Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktik baik pembelajaran literasi awal anak usia dini melalui kegiatan bermain di satuan PAUD. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di PAUD Bunda Gemilang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan literasi awal anak berlangsung secara optimal ketika literasi diintegrasikan ke dalam berbagai bentuk kegiatan bermain, seperti bermain peran, bermain simbol, membaca gambar, dan bercerita. Dalam konteks ini, guru berperan sebagai fasilitator responsif yang mendukung interaksi bahasa, eksplorasi makna, dan penggunaan simbol secara alami dalam aktivitas bermain. Praktik pembelajaran literasi berbasis bermain terbukti mampu menumbuhkan keterlibatan aktif anak, memperkaya interaksi sosial, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan tanpa tekanan akademik formal. Secara teoretis, temuan penelitian ini memperkuat pandangan konstruktivistik bahwa literasi awal berkembang melalui pengalaman bermakna dan interaksi sosial, sedangkan secara praktis penelitian ini memberikan rujukan pedagogis bagi guru PAUD dalam merancang pembelajaran literasi yang kontekstual, holistik, dan selaras dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak usia dini.
