Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional Islami berkontribusi dalam mewujudkan edupreneurship di era digital dengan studi kasus MAN 2 Kota Jambi. Menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, studi ini menelusuri bagaimana kepala madrasah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam, seperti iman, takwa, dan akhlak, ke dalam praktik kepemimpinan sambil mendorong kreativitas, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan ini dioperasionalkan melalui rutinitas religius (Jam 0, shalat berjamaah, dan budaya 5S), penguatan kreativitas melalui Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta (KBC) dan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, serta peningkatan kompetensi digital melalui Viessa, media digital, dan CCTV. Integrasi tersebut menghasilkan inovasi kurikulum, terbentuknya ekosistem edupreneurship digital, serta peningkatan perilaku, keterlibatan, dan produktivitas kreatif siswa. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional Islami merupakan kerangka multidimensional spiritual, manajerial, dan digital yang efektif dalam mencetak edupreneur yang etis, inovatif, dan berdaya saing global. Temuan ini memberi kontribusi teoritis bagi kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam serta implikasi praktis bagi modernisasi model pembelajaran madrasah sesuai tuntutan era.
